Bajaj has introdcued a new Volcanic Red colour option for the Pulsar 220F along with smart looking graphics

Indian motorcycle giant Bajaj Auto has introduced a new Volcanic Red colour shade for its semi-faired bike, Pulsar 220F. The bike carries the same price tag of Rs 1,07,027 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The all-new Volcanic Red colour features matte paint finish along with orange and black colour highlights. These smart-looking highlights are spotted on the front fender, either side of the fairing, engine cowl and the rear panel. Moreover, the blacked-out alloy wheels also feature rim stripes. Other than these visual upgrades, the motorcycle remains the same in every other aspect. Along with this new shade, Bajaj also offers the Pulsar 220F in colour shades like Laser Black, Dyno Red, Chrome Black and Nuclear Blue.

The all-new Volcanic Red colour features matte paint finish along with Orange and Black colour highlights. 

Powering the Bajaj Pulsar 220F is the same 220cc, twin-spark, oil-cooled engine which develops 20.93 PS of power at 8,500 rpm and 18.55 Nm of twisting force at 7,000 rpm. The motor comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox. Braking duties are done by a 260 mm disc up front and a 230 mm disc brake at the rear along with single-channel ABS and Rear-wheel lift off protector for added safety. The suspension duties are taken care of by conventional telescopic front forks and a five-step adjustable, Nitrox-charged spring suspension at the rear. Moreover, the bike comes loaded with features like a semi-digital instrument console, projector headlights, and LED taillight.. Bajaj has recently revised prices of the entire Pulsar lineup and the Pulsar 220F gets a price hike of Rs 449 over its previous price tag of Rs 1,06,528.

These smart-looking highlights are spotted easily on the front fender, either side of the fairing, engine cowl and at the rear.

In other news, Bajaj has also launched the entry-level 125 cc Pulsar and the new bike looks identical to the Pulsar 150. The motorcycle features a 125cc, air-cooled mill which develops power and torque outputs of 13.68 PS and 12 Nm. The engine comes paired to a 5-speed gearbox and comes equipped with Bajaj's patented Combi-brake system (CBS) for effective braking. The price of the new motorcycle starts at Rs 66,618 (ex-showroom).
