The Yamaha YZF R15 V3.0 is the sportier version of the company's YZF R15 V2.0. The bike was first introduced into the Indian market at Auto Expo 2018. The R15 V3.0 is the most expensive and premium 150cc of its segment. Moreover, the bike has ranked No. 1 in the JD power 2019 India two-wheeler initial quality study. Being an expensive bike, the Yamaha YZF R15 V3.0 still manages to retail in good numbers. The motorcycle looks very sporty and, the 150cc motor is loaded with some advanced technologies like Variable Clutch Actuation (VVA) and Assist & Slipper Clutch. Moreover, the bike gets features like an aerodynamic body structure, step-up seat, LED headlamp/taillight, fully digital instrument cluster with gear-shift timing light and a dual-channel ABS for additional safety.

The engine comes paired with a 6-speed constant mesh gearbox along with an assist and slipper clutch for smooth and enjoyable downshifts. The bike is efficient enough to provide a mileage of 40 kmpl.

The dual-channel ABS version of the YZF R15 V3.0 is being offered with features like sporty alloy wheels, front and rear disc brakes, side blinkers and a dual-channel ABS. The bike is on sale with Thunder Grey and Racing Blue colour options. The motorcycle carries a price tag of Rs 1,40,280 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
