The Yamaha MT-09 is the only street naked mid-capacity bike in the Japanese bikemaker’s line-up. The motorcycle employs a radical design language and a muscular looking fuel tank. It also comes loaded with features like LED double headlamp, an LED taillight, digital instrument console, quick shifter, assists and slipper clutch, ABS and switchable traction control. Couple to a 6-speed gearbox, Yamaha MT-09 derives power from a 3-cylinder, 847 cc, liquid-cooled engine which develops 111.8 bhp of power and 87.5 Nm of peak torque. Dimensionally, the motorcycle is 2,075 mm long, 815 mm wide, 1,120 mm tall and has a 1,440 mm wheelbase.

The Yamaha MT-09 has priced at Rs 10.55 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The motorcycle is offered in three unique colour shades namely- Yamaha Blue, Night Fluo and Tech Black. The motorcycle gets a 298 mm and 245 mm disc brake on both the ends, which is benefitted by dual-channel ABS. Moreover, for suspension duties, Yamaha MT-09 employs telescopic forks upfront and a swingarm suspension at the back.
