The TVS XL100 is the only moped available in the Indian market. Even, it is quite popular across the country which is renowned for its low price and practicality. The TVS XL100 SBT gets an all-black paint job which employs some smart looking white and red stickers. In terms of looks, not a lot has been changed from the past few years.  The moped now features a comfortable flat riding seat, upright handlebars and footpegs. The TVS XL100 may look boring to you but, it is one of the highest selling vehicles in the rural areas.

Powering the TVS XL100 is a 99.7cc engine which develops 4.3 Bhp of power 

The suspension duties are taken care of by a telescopic spring up front and dual springs at the rear. Dimensionally, the TVS XL100 is 2020 mm long, 750mm wide and has a wheelbase of 1228mm. Moreover, the XL100 can stand 155 mm above the ground.

The biggest change you may see in the 2019 model is the employment of SBT which means both the brakes will work together for added safety. The moped is fuel-efficient and is rated to return a mileage of 67 kmpl. Moreover, the 4-litre tank easily manages to cover a distance of 200km at a single top-up.
