Ohnils introduces suspension system for Royal Enfield 650 twins

Flagship Royal Enfield motorcycles, the 650 twins are in good demand around the globe. Many foreign companies are introducing some aftermarket fitments to make both these motorcycles more exciting. This time, the Swedish suspension maker Ohinils has decided to introduce aftermarket suspension system for the Royal Enfield Twins. The list of the Ohnils suspension begins from FSK 145 front forks which are specially designed for entry-level street and sports bikes. Moreover, this kit is also featured on the Kawasaki ER6N, Kawasaki Ninja 250/300R, Honda CB650F, Yamaha R25/R3 and CBR 250/300R. This kit includes higher performance rate springs along with top cap for better handling, braking and cornering.

The spring setup could be the same with different distinctive damping adjustment alternatives. 

The rear suspension can get enhanced with RE 912 or RE 911 units which are a part of STX 36 Twin family. The springs at the back comprised of versions like piggybank, hose and emulsion which are best suitable for cafe racers and cruisers. The spring kit for the front end priced at €245 which is around Rs 18,967. On the other hand, the rear suspension setup will cost you around €970, which is translated into Rs 75,064. So, the total cost for the front and rear suspension system is Rs 94,061. In other aftermarket customizations, a Royal Enfield owner can also increase the power output of the motorcycle with the help of Powertronic ECU which can produce 3.04 to 5.06 Ps of more power as compared to the stock engine. Moreover, the twisting force produced by the engine is now raised by 3 Nm.  The stock Royal Enfiled 650 twins are powered by the same parallel-twin cylinder, air/oil-cooled, fuel-injected, 648cc engine which develops power and torque outputs of 47 Ps and 52 Nm.
